Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
Job SummaryBring flavor and flair to unforgettable experiences! As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee operations that fuel guest satisfaction and team success. You’ll plan, coordinate, and supervise all food and beverage services, ensuring every bite and sip delivers on quality, service, and style.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of food and beverage or hospitality management experience
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control
- Serv Safe and Alcohol Service certifications (preferred)
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Lead and train front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff
- Maintain compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Collaborate on seasonal menus and vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs
- Uphold Levy’s quality standards and guest service excellence
