About the Role:
As a VIP Server, you will be the face of Belles & Boots, ensuring that bottle service guests, including celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and other distinguished visitors, receive the highest level of service from arrival to departure. You will provide a high-end, VIP experience by delivering exceptional service, serving premium bottles of liquor, and assisting with the overall guest experience. Belles & Boots, opening this spring in Lodo, is Denver’s newest bar and dance hall! We seek enthusiastic VIP Servers to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Experience:
Provide outstanding, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Work closely with bartenders, security, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume, upscale bar, nightclub, or restaurant preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus for creating exceptional experiences.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and premium liquors is a plus.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bottles or trays.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
