- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.

- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule.
- A passion to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned restaurants.
