Job DescriptionThe Associate Director, R&D Integrated Planning and Activation
, will work directly with the Director, R&D Integrated Planning and Activation, to ensure cross-functional connectivity and consistency in internal communications across the global R&D organization. Key responsibilities include developing R&D employee engagement and communications strategy, stakeholder management and delivering plans and messages to support R&D-wide initiatives, culture campaigns and change management efforts in alignment with business priorities.
