Responsibilities- Coordinate the full renewal process including lease generation, insurance collection, and checklist completion.
- Manage resident requests including transfers, subleases, roommate additions/releases, and lease modifications.
- Track and administer resident violations, providing documentation and support to the management team as needed.
- Process chargebacks for services rendered (e.g., lockouts, amenity usage).
- Monitor and manage amenity reservations, ensuring proper scheduling and usage policies are followed.
- Conduct regular audits for services such as valet parking, storage units, and bike storage.
- Maintain and update all building documents, including reservation forms, Welcome Home packets, guest suite agreements, and service protocols.
- Distribute community-wide updates and monthly newsletters.
- Communicate resident activity updates to strategic partners (e.g., Comcast, Life Time, etc.).
- Assist in creating and reviewing the resident event budget on an annual basis.
- Build and nurture local partnerships to support community programming.
- Plan and execute resident events and seasonal initiatives to foster community engagement.
- Curate and maintain social media content that reflects community culture and upcoming events.
- Critical Skills &
Qualifications: - Previous experience in property management, real estate, customer service, administration, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable with technology and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification.
Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $19 to $21 per hour USD
