What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and external clients
- Learn and apply core commercial real estate, building, and lease fundamentals
- Assist in creating marketing materials and client presentations
- Research local, regional, and national tenants and landlords
- Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective companies and opportunities
- Participate in and support property tours with brokers and clients
- Self-motivated, sales-driven individuals who thrive in a commission-based, entrepreneurial environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology
- Commercial real estate knowledge or brokerage experience is a plus, but not required
- College degree preferred
- Illinois Real Estate Broker License (or willingness to obtain)
