** As an Associate, M&A Integration , you will....
*** Serve as a key facilitator and driver of the due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution process of strategic initiatives company
* Work within the M&A Integration team and across the functional team to understand requirements for each new acquisition, and then execute on those requirements
* Partner closely and build trust and credibility with cross-functional experts throughout JLL and JLLT
* Proactively oversee and evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks
* Assist in the crafting and documenting of thoughtful and thorough integration strategies
* Communicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and the achievement of integration objectives
* Act as an information gatekeeper, understanding the complexity and sensitivity of each deal
** To thrive in this role, you:
*** Are a self-starter, with a desire to continuously learn
* Have exceptional project management skills
* Have strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
* Have an agile mindset, and can showcase the keen ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
* Understand the importance of handling sensitive/confidential information
* Experience using Microsoft 365, specifically proficient in utilizing Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive level presentations
* Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Have 1-3 years of experience in the M&A field
* A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
