Bradford Allen is seeking an Analyst to join our team. This position offers the rare opportunity to work across a variety of real estate investment functions such as Acquisitions, Development, Debt & Equity Placement, Asset Management, and Investor Reporting. Bradford Allen is looking for a self-starter, who is highly collaborative, analytical and has a strong interest in real estate.

• Perform financial modeling and analysis of new real estate investment opportunities.
• Provide analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, lease transactions, etc.
• Prepare investment memorandums for potential investment opportunities.
• Assist with conducting due diligence for investments under contract.
• Complete asset dashboards on a quarterly basis to track asset performance.
• Maintain investment models for owned assets and assist in evaluation of hold/sell/refinance scenarios.

• 1-3 years of professional real estate experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate or other related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines.
