Quality and Sanitation Specialist III

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Quality and Sanitation Specialist III for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Chicago, IL
. Details for the position are as follows:

• Pay: $38-46/hr.
• 2-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

• Review sanitation programs against company and regulatory standards
• Organize existing records and documentation for audit readiness
• Identify gaps and drive completion with sanitation supervisors and operations teams
• Structure validation and verification records (cleaning validation, equipment swabbing, run lengths)
• Verify contractor cleaning program compliance and documentation
• Update procedures and supporting documents as needed
• Track action items and follow through to completion on the plant floor
• Communicate status and escal... roadblocks

• Experience in manufacturing, food production, quality, sanitation, or compliance environments
• Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with hourly teams
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and drive tasks to completion
• Experience with audits, inspections, or regulatory programs preferred
