Join Our Team

The Trainers at PUPS Pet Club play a vital role in promoting, educating, and delivering our training methodology to help members develop the best possible relationship with their dogs. Prior experience in dog training is required, but we are committed to supporting your growth. PUPS invests heavily in educating trainers on our methodology, dog psychology, and effective training techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations with prospective members to determine suitable training regimens. Design and deliver personalized training plans for pet parents and their dogs, including obedience, behavior modification, and management techniques.
  • Coordinate schedules and services with members, prospective members, and PUPS team members.
  • Collaborate with PUPS team members to educate them on training services for optimal scheduling and offerings.
  • Provide education and support to team members to enhance their training knowledge and skills.
  • Certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) is advantageous.
  • Possess sound knowledge of dog training techniques, animal behavior, and body language; previous experience is required.
  • Manage your schedule, services, and member relations responsibly. Reliability, dependability, trustworthiness, and high work standards are essential.
