Position: Associate Veterinarian - $25k Sign-On Bonus

Location

Job Description
  • Deliver high‑quality, client‑centered small‑animal medicine and surgery
  • Build trusted relationships through education and clear, compassionate communication
  • Create diagnostic and treatment plans using full in‑house lab, digital imaging, and advanced modalities
  • Perform dental procedures with digital dental radiography and high standards of pain management
  • Collaborate in a collegial, mentorship‑friendly setting with strong doctor‑to‑tech support
  • Contribute to protocol refinement, quality initiatives, and a positive hospital culture
Qualifications
  • DVM/VMD degree and Illinois licensure (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Comfortable with general medicine, dentistry, and routine soft‑tissue surgery
  • Strong communicator who enjoys client education and teamwork
  • Openness to mentorship (giving or receiving) and commitment to fear‑free, low‑stress handling
