Job Description- Deliver high‑quality, client‑centered small‑animal medicine and surgery
- Build trusted relationships through education and clear, compassionate communication
- Create diagnostic and treatment plans using full in‑house lab, digital imaging, and advanced modalities
- Perform dental procedures with digital dental radiography and high standards of pain management
- Collaborate in a collegial, mentorship‑friendly setting with strong doctor‑to‑tech support
- Contribute to protocol refinement, quality initiatives, and a positive hospital culture
- DVM/VMD degree and Illinois licensure (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Comfortable with general medicine, dentistry, and routine soft‑tissue surgery
- Strong communicator who enjoys client education and teamwork
- Openness to mentorship (giving or receiving) and commitment to fear‑free, low‑stress handling
- Private ownership, empowered clinical decision‑making, and zero corporate red tape
- Structured mentorship, funded CE (40 hours + fully paid conference, airfare, hotel, and wet labs)
