- Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and available hospital services.
- Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence for clients and show empathy toward each pet.
- Passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative, team‑first mindset with independence and guidance.
- Preferred experience with veterinary software; flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
