We’re hiring full-time Associate Veterinarians at our Chicago metro clinics, where you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: the fast pace of urgent care without the grueling ER hours, plus the relationship-building of general practice.

• Real Leadership Support: Our leadership is accessible, responsive, and deeply invested in your success

• Provide top-notch primary and urgent care to companion animals
• Collaborate closely with a team that believes in “No Boundaries” medicine
• Work 3–4 days per week (full-time); weekends rotated fairly
• Help us keep improving—your ideas are valued and implemented

• DVM or VMD, licensed and in good standing in Illinois
• Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency
• Passionate about learning, growing, and working as part of a team
• Looking for something better—more supportive, more rewarding, more fun

• Urgent care or ER background
• Strong interest in surgery or dentistry

• $160,000–$220,000+ total comp (competitive Pro Sal model)
• No negative accrual – your base is your base
