OBH Clean Team Member

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and clear tables, chairs, walkways, windows, floors, restrooms, and walls
• Trash collection and disposal
• Special clean up situations as needed
• Properly use all safety equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
• Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
• Follow all park policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional image
• Other duties as assigned

• Applicants must be at least 15 years of age with a worker’s permit
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection

• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb stairs
• Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 lbs. individually, anything heavier would be a team lift

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.
