OBH Clean Team Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to fulfill all functions and duties of a Clean Team Member
• Supervise Clean Team to ensure proper coverage and cleanliness of the park
• Assign duties to the Clean Team
• Complete staffing for Clean Team members and ensure breaks are given and staffing and time sheets are completed correctly
• Conduct pre and post shift meetings
• Conduct in-service training sessions and weekly safety topic trainings
• Provide coaching to team members
• Issue disciplinary action according to park policies and procedures as needed
• Ability to properly and safely operate equipment used
• Supervise guest experience to ensure excellent customer service is provided by the Clean Team, respond to customer concerns
• Ensure park policies and procedures are being followed by team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
• Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
• Follow park policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience or comparable supervisory experience
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Demonstrate ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection

• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb stairs
• Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 lbs

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.
