• Lead hospital operations, setting strategy and vision.
• Implement improvements to enhance patient and client care.
• Support staff development and foster a team‑focused, emotionally intelligent environment.
• Engage with the Medical Initiatives Committee to strengthen practice capabilities.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing in the state of hire before start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

• Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $160k-$175k.
