Job Overview
We are Reliance Home Health Caregivers, a home health care company that specializes in long‑term 1‑on‑1 private duty nursing for pediatric and adult patients on G‑tubes, trachs, and vents.
We need a nurse to take care of a 21 year old male residing in Matteson, IL 60643 covering Monday‑Friday 9am‑9pm.
ResponsibilitiesTake care of a 21‑year‑old male patient in a home setting, providing nursing care Monday‑Friday 9am‑9pm.
Qualifications- Possess a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN / LPN.
- Valid CPR card.
- Flexible hours/scheduling for Full‑time, Part‑time or PRN 8, 10, 12 or 16 hour shifts (employee's choice).

PayLPN $38/hr, RN $47/hr.
Background Checks & Pre‑employment RequirementsBackground check, pre‑employment drug screening, and pre‑employment physical required.
