As our ADON, you are the bridge between clinical strategy and bedside excellence. You’ll partner with our DON to lead a team that treats every resident like royalty.

• Ignite Excellence: Mentor, coach, and inspire our nursing staff. You’re not just a boss; you’re a champion for their professional growth.
• Clinical Detective: Oversee Quality Assurance (QAPI) and infection control. You have an eye for detail and a passion for "getting it right" the first time.
• Compassionate Liaison: Be the steady hand for families and the go-to expert for physicians.
• Tech Champion: Navigate Point Click Care like a pro and ensure our documentation is as sharp as our clinical care.
• Survey Superstar: Keep us "Gold Standard" ready for IDPH and CMS at all times.

  5+ years of nursing magic, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (SNF/LTC experience is a must!).
• The Vibe: You’re a "boots-on-the-ground" leader. You don't just sit in an office; you’re out there making a difference where it counts.
• The Brains: Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations mixed with a "can-do" attitude toward problem-solving.
