Registered Nurse - Full time (11pm 7:30am) SIGN ON BONUS

Salaries between $40 & $50/hr based on experience. $10,000 sign-on bonus for PM and Night shift!

8‑hour shifts available - evenings and nights.

Our RN provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Hartgrove Hospital. The RN prescribes, coordinates, and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. The RN is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit.

The RN is authorized to initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation.

• Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians, social workers, and therapists.
• Implement nursing interventions, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Initiate restraints or seclusion in accordance with hospital policy and assess patient safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
