Nurse Practitioner

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho‑social services supporting 600+ long‑term care facilities across the Midwest. Currently, we have openings for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in geriatric psychiatry in Bloomington, IL
.

• Part‑time or full‑time, daytime hours, M‑F, no weekends or on‑call
• Flexible hours with autonomy and more 1:1 patient time
• Full benefits for full‑time; some benefits for part‑time
• Requires PA or NP degree, valid license, DEA#, and experience/interests in geriatric mental health

• Providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for geriatric patients in various care facilities
• Prescribing or adjusting psychotropic medications
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Managing documentation in line with Medicare standards

• 1+ years of geriatric mental health experience
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and documentation standards
