• Pay or shift range: $110,000 USD to $130,000 USD
• The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

The Nurse Practitioner provides continuing and holistic healthcare service to individuals and families.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivers a variety of healthcare services, including preventative, chronic and acute services.
• Performs diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, carries out health-risk assessments, routine check-ups, screening tests and immunizations, and counseling to individuals on ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and to prevent diseases.
• Ensure participation in continuing education and training to keep abreast of current developments in the industry.
• Provide quality care to patients by following the most current evidence-based guidelines and procedure of practice.
• Takes part in quality assurance audits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Nurse Practitioner License in State of Illinois
• Current Illinois Controlled Substance License within 6 months of hire
• Eligibility for DEA registration – Possession of a current DEA Registration within six months of hire
• Current ACLS and BLS certification
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Masters or better.
