Archer Heights is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for the 3pm-11pm shift to join our team. If you love helping patients, a dependable hard worker, and a compassionate caregiver.

Must Have the Following:

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history

• Must have proof of Covid-19 vaccination

DUTIES:

• Assist our residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to showers and grooming, patient safety.

• Document all patient care in the POC

• Always promote the highest level of customer experience when interacting with family members, visitors, and co-workers

• Provide a clean, safe, non-hazardous unit for the residents.

• Maintain all program policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.

• Be flexible to meet the change in residents’ needs. We need to adapt to their needs rather than expecting them to adapt to our needs.

• Provide emotional, caring support to residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
