Description:

This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room.
The shift is nights, with 10-hour shifts from 20:30 to 07:00.
The total duration for this role is 13 weeks.
The nurse must possess 2 years of recent acute care experience specific to the Operating Room.
An active nursing license is required, as is a BLS certification.
Level 1 trauma experience is necessary for this position.
Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in both scrubbing and circulating.
Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery is essential.
Preferred experience includes Neurosurgery, Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology.
The position requires the nurse to float within the scope to meet facility needs.
The nurse will be expected to work every other weekend, totaling 2 weekends per month.
Call requirements include one 10-hour shift during a weekend each month.
Time off requests are limited, with a maximum of 5 days and no more than 2 consecutive days off.
No time off will be permitted on holidays or the days before or after a holiday.
The nurse must comply with all outlined policies and expectations.
