Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Overview

Position –Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Status:Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Schedule:Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – Flexible scheduling you choose what fits your schedule

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Assess residents and report changes promptly
• Document care in the EMR
• Monitor performance and mentor CNAs
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Completes all other duties as assigned

Required:

• Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
• CPR certified
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
• Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Clinical experience

• Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
• 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor
• Electronic onboarding and paid orientation
• Community tour, badge, keys, and ongoing paid training
