We are currently searching for a Restorative Director to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. This leader will serve as the backbone of the Clinical Department, overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, evaluating residents’ restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, and participating in admission and discharge planning. The Restorative Director will contribute to resident care plans and complete portions of MDS and other documentation, ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Harmony Chicago

• Lead and manage restorative nursing services, ensuring high quality, safe, and comfortable care for residents.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and training within the restorative department.
• Evaluate residents’ restorative nursing programs and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Participate in resident admission and discharge planning processes.
• Complete portions of MDS and other required documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• One (1) year of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
• Strong clinical leadership skills and a passion for quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
