Job DescriptionPosition: Regional Nurse Consultant

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, programs, processes, and outcomes across facilities.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, standards, and practices.
- Lead nursing strategic planning initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting for nursing departments across facilities.
- Review facility master schedules.
- Manage survey processes.
- Registered Nurse in Illinois in good standing.
- Master's degree in nursing preferred.
- At least 5 years of nursing leadership experience at the corporate level.
- Minimum of 10 years as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience overseeing large nursing teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and knowledge of LTC regulations.
