Starting Pay: $34 per hour (Pay is based on previous experience) $2 PM/Night shifts differential 10% weekend pay differential for all shifts
Open Roles: Full-time role (1.0
FTE) 12-hour overnight 6p
-6am shifts. Rotating Weekends. Part-Time role (0.6
FTE) 8 hours overnight 10:30pm-6:30am. Rotating Weekends.

What you bring to the table:- LPN License in good standing in Illinois
- Long-term Care experience (Preferred)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Possess strong computer skills
- Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
- Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
- Carrying out all physicians orders accurately
- Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately
