As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be part of a team that delivers hands‑on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

• Ensure efficient and effective unit operations, including sufficient supplies and adjust staffing as necessary.
• Direct supervisor of nursing team performance.
• Responsible for completing monthly audits and checklists.
• Assure unit compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, including reviewing and following up on incident reports.
• Serve as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures.
• Assist teammates with patient care responsibilities, including milieu and crisis management.
• Provide direct patient care as necessary.
• Ensure teammate compliance with competencies, training, and education in conjunction with nurse educator.

• State Licensure as an RN.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from four‑year college or university (Preferred).
• 1+ years of Nursing experience (Required).
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).
