Overview
Join our team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in the Sterling/Morrison, IL area on a part-time basis, earning $50/hour
.
- Provide patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments using evidence-based guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Create and manage weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities.
- Maintain accurate medical records in a fast-paced, in-person work environment.
Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of Skilled Nursing experience preferred, strong communication, organizational, and travel abilities.
