Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
Description: ICU Registered Nurse delivers specialized, high-acuity care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and life-support interventions. They perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and complex equipment, and administer medications with precision. The RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to create and adjust individualized care plans. They ensure accurate documentation, maintain strict safety standards, and provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations.

Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month
ICU RNs will float between numerous ICU units including Burn ICU, CCU, Medical ICU, SICU, Neuro ICU. If needed to support staffing, ICU RNs may be asked to float to MS units. First week (orientation + precepting shift) will be on day shift.
