SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support in accordance with their approved care plans.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures when necessary for lab tests.
- Provide direct nursing care to children with medical complexities.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for clients.
- Educate patients and families on health management and medication administration.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience working with children preferred, especially those with medical complexities.
- Strong skills in medication administration and injection techniques.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and other clinical tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
