Position: Pediatrics RN/LPN needed

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse for a 4-year-old female patient requiring G-tube in Chicago (60608), IL. RN up to $43/LPN up to $33

Weekend Shifts only at the moment.

Saturday and Sunday (8hrs each).

16hours total.

Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support in accordance with their approved care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures when necessary for lab tests.
  • Provide direct nursing care to children with medical complexities.
  • Monitor patient health and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for clients.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN/RN license in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with children preferred, especially those with medical complexities.
  • Strong skills in medication administration and injection techniques.
  • Ability to perform phlebotomy and other clinical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient care.
