Registered Nurse - Community Mental Health
Join Thresholds, where we meet people in their environment and support them on their journey to recovery. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide medical and psychiatric care in the community, working alongside psychiatrists, doctors, and a clinical team to advance clients’ growth and recovery.
Through care planning, assessment, and implementation, you will be an integral part of each client’s journey. You will visit homes to remove barriers to healthcare, develop treatment plans, administer medication, schedule appointments, coordinate care, and respond to medical emergencies. Your clinical notes will capture each client’s medical progress.

- A valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and daily personal vehicle access
- Willingness to provide transportation to clients
- Registered Nurse license
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
- Competitive pay – Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
- Based on education and experience
