Family Nurse Practitioner; FNP

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.

• Perform patient assessments, deliver treatments, and prescribe medications under physician collaboration.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and assist in developing care plans.
• Provide after-hours urgent care coverage on a rotational basis.
• Utilize electronic health records for documentation, ordering tests, and prescribing.
• Review and sign lab and radiology results daily, following up on abnormal tests.
• Maintain current Missouri nurse practitioner licensure and practice evidence-based medicine.
• Work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong clinical and communication skills.

• Current Missouri nurse practitioner licensure (or be eligible) and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team members.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; capable of functioning in a team environment.
