Nurse Practitioner Chicago IL

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team full time in Chicago, IL. This opportunity offers a 4-day work week and the chance to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, occupational therapy, rehab, and clinical staff. The NP will have a high level of autonomy to provide high-quality care with support and collaboration from an off-site supervising orthopedic physician.

The position involves providing joint injections, tendon injections, trigger point injections, and comprehensive medical examinations. Experience with these treatments is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

• Patient exam/evaluation – HPI, physical exam, medical history, review of pertinent information/records/imaging
• Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs and testing
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Perform joint injections, tendon injections, and trigger point injections
• Referral to other providers as indicated
• Documentation – timely and accurate
• Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment plan options, and pre/post care instructions
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
• Must live within commutable distance in Chicago
• Experience with joint injections, tendon injections, and trigger point injections preferred; training available for the right candidate

• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

• $130k–$150k per year (depends on training and experience); potential bonus compensation
