Position: Charge Nurse (LPN) – Make a Difference Daily
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift Rotation | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Alternating Weekends

What You’ll Do as a Charge Nurse (LPN)Lead and mentor nursing staff on your shift.
Provide direct patient care, assess symptoms, and monitor progress.
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and the medical team to support treatment plans.
Make critical decisions in emergency and routine situations.
Ensure compliance with SHP’s standards of professionalism, safety, and integrity.
