Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for our South Loop facility at Warren Barr South Loop
. This role offers an opportunity to lead clinical care in a high standard environment.

Location: 1725 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year.

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide high‑standard resident care
• Manage nursing staff and operations

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
• Unencumbered Illinois RN license
• CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Preferred 5 years RN experience and prior management of a nursing department
• Passion for excellence and leadership
