Days M-F 8:00-5:00

The Regional Manager of Wound Care coordinates with all inpatient wound care and outpatient wound center & hyperbaric services to enforce and implement Prime Healthcare wound care policies and practices in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Communicates with wound care team and physicians/LIPs regarding changes in current wound care practices based on clinical evidence. Assists the Corporate Director of Wound Care in enforcement of standardized policies and practices for all inpatient and outpatient wound care and hyperbaric programs.

Assists in cost effective standardization of equipment and supplies. Analyzes performance, productivity, and staffing of outpatient wound care programs. Assists in financial report analysis. Assists in the development of cost effective and innovative solutions. Assists in the education of staff. Available to travel to designated facilities throughout assigned region. The Manager presents a positive image of Prime hospitals to patients, visitors, physicians and the public.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current, valid license as a Registered Nurse
• BLS (AHA) on hire and maintained
• Wound Care Certification Required (WCC or WOCN or CWS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Hyperbaric Technology
• Three or more years’ experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Inpatient and outpatient wound care experience
• Previous experience in management of Out‑patient Wound Care

A reasonable compensation estimate: $99,840 yr to $ yr. Starting compensation will be determined at hiring.
