• Lead and supervise a team of licensed nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless communication and quality care
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to drive quality, safety, and efficiency
• Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new staff members
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in gerontological nursing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
