HOURS:
DAYS WITH WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY ROTATION This position is eligible for up to a $5000.00 sign on bonus! You must be employed in the exact position at time of payout. Internal team members are not eligible for this sign on bonus at this time. Major Responsibilities:
Assuring/Improving Quality of Care:
Facilitates the patient and family's right to receive quality cost-effective care following Advocates MVP of Stewardship. Working under the... an individualized approach to the plan of care, which includes assessment of physical, psychosocial, comfort, and wellness needs utilizing SMART goals, under the supervision of the RN.

Once plan of care is established by the RN, participates in the ongoing assessment of patient and family readiness and involves them in goal setting, planning, and implementation of care, under the supervision of the RN.
