Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a LPN that would be interested in a Full-Time 13-Week Contract with skilled nursing facility in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are listed below:

Position: LPN

Location:

Chicago, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $40/hr

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week

• Day Shift

• 7 AM - 3 PM

• Monday - Friday

  Duration:

• 13 Weeks (likely extension)

  Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as LPN

• Skilled Nursing/ LTC experience (at least 1 year)

• trachs, vents, and gtube experience

• IL LPN License

• BLS

• ASAP Start
