8‑hour shifts for full time days, evenings, and nights. Minimum 4 shifts/month (2 weekends). Flex/PRN options available.

• Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit in accordance with Hartgrove’s philosophy and treatment goals.
• Prescribe, coordinate and delegate nursing care using the nursing process integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
• Promote and enhance professional nursing practice on the unit; account for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis.
• Initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation when required.
• Assist in crisis stabilization, therapy programming and holistic treatment approaches.

• Current license to practice nursing in Illinois.
• One year of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
