8‑hour shifts for full time days, evenings, and nights. Minimum 4 shifts/month (2 weekends). Flex/PRN options available.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit in accordance with Hartgrove’s philosophy and treatment goals.
- Prescribe, coordinate and delegate nursing care using the nursing process integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
- Promote and enhance professional nursing practice on the unit; account for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis.
- Initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation when required.
- Assist in crisis stabilization, therapy programming and holistic treatment approaches.
- Current license to practice nursing in Illinois.
- One year of experience as a registered nurse.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
