Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-Hour Day Shift)

• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborating with physicians, DON/ADON, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance
• Responding promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
• Supporting families with updates and compassionate communication
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
• Helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality

• Current RN license in Illinois
• CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF/LTC
• Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and a strong team player
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• A commitment to kindness, respect, and integrity in every interaction
