Job SummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse.
TheCNA at Ingleside Communities completes assigned tasks to ensure timely,efficientandsafepatient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents,families,and other health team membersareessential components of this position.
- CNAbase hourly wage:$20.00 – $23.45per hourdependenton experience
- Weekend Warrior Program–choose one of the following3levels:
- Select Level:basehourlywage+$5.00/hour(every other weekend)
- Pro Level:base hourly wage+$7.00/hour(3 weekends per month)
- PLUSshift differentials- $2.00 per hour PMshiftand $2.50 per hour NOC shift

- Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural,ethnicand religious/spiritual needs.
- Provides direct patient/resident care andreportscondition and changes to RN or LPN.
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Document results of patient/resident care within established policies,procedure sand scope of practice.
- Nutritional care
- Effective communication with residents and family
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate andpossessexcellent writtenandverbal communication skills
- Previous hospital or long-termcare or skilled nursing experience (Preferred)
- CPR Certified (Preferred)
- Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
- 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor
- Electronic onboarding and paid orientation
- Community tour, badge, keys, and ongoing paid training
