Job SummaryA clinically competent, registered professional nurse who, under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Facility Administrator, leads the clinical onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development of all nursing staff at Ingleside Communities. This role supports nurses at every stage, from new graduates to experienced clinicians by implementing engaging, practical education, mentoring through real‑world challenges, and fostering confidence, competence, and excellence in clinical practice.
Compensation- $43.00 - $49.00 per hour depending on education and experience

- Works directly with employees to assure a smooth transition into the new work environment.
- Communicates with Human Resources and DON/ADON to facilitate a new employee’s positive progress through the orientation process.
- Assists with AM med pass.
- Update CNA communication book and care cards in resident’s closets as needed.
- Assist with new admission paperwork (put into Matrix).
- Assist with monthly POS’s.
- Assist in training of nurses and follow up with new staff (CNAs and nurses) by utilizing check‑off list and ensuring their comfort level with being on their own.
Required:
- Active RN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing).
- CPR certified.
- Must have good people skills.
- Must adhere to all safety, infection control and hazardous materials policies and procedures, and perform all tasks to assure resident and personal safety and the protection of facility property.
- Lead dynamic, engaging staff education and skills training.
- Support compliance and clinical excellence while making learning approachable.
- Ability to meet physical and job‑related requirements.
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days.
- 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor.
- Electronic onboarding and paid orientation.
- Community tour, badge, keys, and ongoing paid training.
