Job SummaryA clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention,implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsiblepartyand other health team members, whilemaintainingstandards of professional nursing. The RN plans,supervise sand evaluatescareof each patient/resident.
The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.

Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess residents and report changes promptly
- Document care in the EMR
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

QualificationsRequired:
- Active RN license instate of Wisconsin orlicensedin any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.(in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate andpossessexcellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
