Position – Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior
Schedule:
Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling – you choose what fits your schedule
A clinically competent, registered professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsible party and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN plans, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident. The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.
Compensation- Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)
- Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)
- PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess residents and report changes promptly
- Document care in the EMR
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Required:
- Active RN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job‑related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
- 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor
- Electronic onboarding and paid orientation
