Full time days, 7:30am to 4:30pm (flex time as needed)
The Infusion Center clinical nursing supervisor is responsible for administrative oversight of department service functions, working closely with the unit Director/Manager and stepping into the supervisory role when required. They develop and implement departmental plans, performance improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. They prepare, conduct, and oversee orientation and training, communicate staff, physicians, and administration, and maintain quality of staff and functions during shifts.
They also provide direct patient care within the scope of practice when needed and guide staff in real‑time adjustments to care plans.
• Support administrative responsibilities for the infusion center department and collaborate with the unit Director/Manager.
• Assume administrative scope of the unit in the absence of the Director/Manager.
• Develop and implement departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare, conduct, and oversee department orientation and training of personnel.
• Communicate with staff, physicians, and administration both written and verbally.
• Ensure quality of staff and functions during shifts, supervise and evaluate personnel, and manage proper use of time, equipment, and staff.
• Perform direct patient care within scope, assess care continually, and direct staff for immediate changes in care plans.
Preferred ONS certification and previous oncology experience.
Education, Experience & Training- Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintenance thereafter.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintenance thereafter.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role preferred.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.
- Non-OB Facilities – NRP required 90 days after hire and maintained.
- Professional Certification within 2 years of hire preferred.

The estimated wage range for this role is $36.75 to $55.70 per hour, with final compensation determined at the time of selection based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
