Legacy Healthcare LLC is currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team at Astoria Place Living and Rehab Center, located at 6300 N California Ave, Chicago, IL 60659.

Base pay: $30.00/hr – $39.00/hr.
Same-day pay is available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and provide nursing care as directed by individual resident care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead care team efforts and advocate for resident safety and comfort.
- Participate in shift differentials and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior LPN experience is preferred but we invest in the right candidate.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and commitment to resident well-being.
