• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a local market.
• Strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development.
• Preferred:
  Medical sales experience.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable vehicle in good working order.

• Provide community and provider in‑service education in assigned territory.
• Maintain daily communication with the Admissions Department and Team Directors.
• Collaborate with Hospice Care Consultants to develop and implement individualized marketing plans.
• Maintain visibility and accountability to increase relationships with contracted inpatient facilities and physician groups.
• Act as a liaison with the Accent Care Hospice Medical Director, team physicians, and hospice physicians on behalf of providers and patients/families.
• Make inpatient visits at contracted facilities and communicate with admissions staff, team directors, and/or primary nurse.
• Provide consultation on hospice and palliative care.
