Pivot Nonprofit Consulting ("Pivot") is a volunteer-driven, pro bono organization comprised of young business professionals devoted to enhancing the capacity of local 501(c)3s to create social impact. We operate nationally with two virtual offices:
Chicago and Boston. Our diverse background comprises of professional training in management consulting, investment banking, financial services, corporate advisory, legal advisory, and non-profit buttressed by academic backgrounds from leading graduate and undergraduate programs. We leverage our private sector experience to help non-profits augment their social impact and execute towards their vision.
Traditional service areas that Pivot focuses on to assist local non-profits include:
- Board of Director Retreats / Facilitation
- Board Development and Engagement
- Strategic Planning
- Finance / Funding Models
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development
- Marketing and Branding

This is a part-time, volunteer role. We are a professional organization and have been supporting non-profits build capacity since 2005.
